CNBLUE decorated the grand finale of "a-Nation Music Week" named "Rock Nation" on August 12.
"a-Nation Music Week" is Japan's popular music festival that took place from August 3-12 and last day was named "Rock Nation" centered on rock artists. The main stage was held in Tokyo's Yoyogi National Stadium featuring performances by not only K-Pop artist CNBLUE including Anna Tsuchiya, Sads and Vamps.
The crowd went wild as soon as CNBLUE's Jung Yong Hwa, Lee Jong Hyun, Kang Min Hyuk, Lee Jung Shin appeared onstage, filling the venue with cheers and shouts revealing the audience's excitement. The Japanese audience enthusiastically responded to CNBLUE's performances by singing along with the group.
CNBLUE shared with the audience, "We are happy and thankful to be here for this great festival. Thank you."
"a-nation" is Japan's largest summer music festival, known for drawing in many prominent musicians to perform. CNBLUE was asked to perform at the last day of the festival by Hyde, a vocalist and guitarist of Vamps.
During the ten day festival other artists such as m-flo, The Gazette and AKB48 performed on stage. The Music Week that brought music together with fashion, food and entertainment received many favorable reviews.
