[K-Drama]Dong Yi, Poseidon, Bad Guy and Lovers Marathon...

Christmas Break will be here soon and mslee will have some spare time for some K-drama marathon. Some in my list includes

 Dong Yi,

with Han Hyo Joo and Ji Jin Hee

which is currently airing at our local channel, KAPUSO GMA 7, but I have not seen it yet:(

 Poseidon

where Choi Siwon also stars...and Lee Si Young

and maybe I'll add Bad Guy too.

of course with cute Jung So Min here. It's currently showing in Japan, she had been there last week  for a promotion of the drama.

For now, I am still not over Lee Seo Jin in Lovers.

His dimple is so irresistible

not to add his great physique.

ergo...I am re-watching Lovers!
yup! AGAIN! AS IN ANOTHER 20 EPISODES TO FEAST MY EYES ON THIS GREAT GUY!
Well, the story is good. The love story is nice. The chemistry between Lee Seo Jin and Kim Jung Eun[who were real lovers] were also great. I think these are reasons enough for me to stay glued at the screen for some time.

Promise to add my thoughts about these drama soon.

[LSJ and KJE] Lovers Hang-over...

Ya! After watching Lovers [marathon way] I got this silly feelings over these two couples, Lee Seo Jin and Kim Jung Eun who were once lovers in real life, knew it after searching some more videos and blogs about them. It's the chemistry! They were so tuned into each other in every scenes they were in together and you just got to feel the passion even while they were just looking at each other. It's a shame on my part that I only knew of this series now, years later. Still, it's a drama that has a lot of nice scenes and a romantic love story with a twist, or should I say with a bit of action on the side. A gangster who fell in love with a doctor. Now, how cute was that.

Lee Seo Jin and Kim Jung Eun in Lovers

Yes, still got this hang-over after I deprive myself of hours of sleep just to satisfy my curiosity on how the love story between these two characters would develop. Not to add my interest upon learning that they were a real couple way back then. Sorry, just only learned now, so I'm kinda still feeling the giddiness though they already parted ways and most probably got over each other long ago. But what can I do? It's the drama that's making me dig for more. And wishing they will do another series, despite what happened to them, coz they make a good on screen romance, their chemistry is so strong.

So now here I am, still talking about this old series, re-watching some scenes, searching for more photos and sharing them all here. Lovers was an apt title for a drama that made the two lead actors lovers in real life. Guess I not only felt the passion but they, too were smouldered by the fire burning inside of them.:))

...and this photo may be old but this was a look of a man who was fascinated once by Kim Jung Eun's charm and cuteness.

and likewise! Photos don't lie.:)

Lovers on Arirang

It is obvious that I like K-drama very much. And some artists too. So it is not surprising if I also watch Arirang on cable just to update me some more about Korean shows. A week ago I chanced upon this K-drama. It was an old one but I have not seen it yet. Lovers. I was just disappointed that I did not catch it sooner, so it was already on its 7th episode.

Lee Seo Jin and Kim Jung Eun were the lead stars. I like it. There was that instant chemistry between these two actors and I feel the story especially the scenes where they were exchanging cute dialogues, more to irk  or annoy each other. They are both adults but still, I feel the passionate and deep love of the characters [as if they were in their teens] they were both portraying.

It's about a gangster played by LSJ named Kang Jae and a doctor played by KJE named Mi Joo.  A bit complicated because Kang Kae already has an 8 year long relationship with another girl named YooJin played by Kim Kyu Ri and she was already pregnant.  It was further more spiced by the fact that Mi joo, the doctor was living on the same building,  next door from Yoo Jin. Ironic!. It really put a lot of stress whenever they all chanced upon each other outside their doors. The scene that made me want to yell at Mi Joo to say "yah! can you please open the door now. hurry up and don't linger. don't hurt yourself further!" was when Kang Jae suddenly out of the blue proposed to his girlfriend Yoo jin outside the door despite his feelings for Mi Joo. It was a highlight of that episode. Anyway, didn't I mentioned that I searched this drama on line so that I would watched it non stop...kekeke coz I could not get enough of the story. So,  yes..now I finished it already, but I have yet to watch the first parts, from episode 1-6.

If you have not yet watched this one, LOVERS, I suggest you take a look and I think you will also find it okay. Another K-drama had caught my attention, but then it was worthwhile watching it.
