On the 14th, Donghae posted to Twitter: “We’re on our way to Manila right now. ^^ See u soon, guys !! With Siwon,” along with a photograph of him and and his Super Juniorgroup member.
In the photo, Donghae’s features stand out despite the mask covering half of his face, while Siwon flashes a sweet smile at the camera.
Netizens responded to the photo saying, “I can tell it’s Donghae even with his face covered,” “I think they have similar eyes,” and “Why are you going to Manila?”
In related news, Donghae will make his first appearance on the first episode of Channel A‘s ’Miss Panda and Mr. Hedgehog‘ on August 18th KST.
At last! The final episode is over. My thoughts? I was smiling while watching this episode. It's a feel good romance/comedy. So light with a bit of heavy drama on the side. I love the ending. The happy atmosphere was there. The camaraderie is genuine. I see fun and laughter. And the proposal although a bit corny, Jang Dong Jun carried it with so much elegance and sophistication. Confident and dignified Kim Do Jin-ssi truly in love! A true gentleman indeed! There was no hurry even though this is the last episode. They did it just fine.
It left me a feeling of happiness. I thought 20 episodes are not enough, but they are again right. It's time to pack up. They ended beautifully. High ratings are just a bonus. I agree with some comments that adding more episode would make it boring and perhaps ruin the story. Kudos to all people behind AGD!
With 51.3% ratings for the final episode, I think AGD ended successfully!
A late fan of Moon Embracing the Sun, that's me. But fortunately, not too late.:)) Glad that it was added in my drama lists and not disappointed or felt I wasted so much hours watching it marathon way. As a K-drama follower, I am taking my time being a fan of a particular actor and actress. I have to personally watch their shows or dramas before I start blogging about them. And Kim Soo Hyun is my latest additional Korean actor in my lists of favorites.
Why? Found him so good in acting. So natural even though he is still young.
So right now, I am searching all about him and some related to his previous popular and successful drama Moon Embracing the Sun.
One of the things I noticed while watching the drama, though there is chemistry between Soo Hyun and Ha Ga In who were playing the lead roles, the romantic scenes were few and somehow short. Perhaps it was because Ha Ga In is already married and it was one of the reasons. But still, she is so beautiful and they both complimented each other whenever they are in the same scene. Age did not matter, Soo Hyun's aura totally diminished the age gap between them.He carried the role perfectly.
But one thing I noticed, because I really like Kim Yoo Jung even though she is still so young, 13 years old only, she is also so beautiful and charming. There was a scene, a flashback and a mirage, where she appeared in front of Soo Hyun, playing Lee Hwon, and I noticed that they also have this amazing chemistry.:)
Then just as I was searching the net, I found this piece of article, five months back already, and connected to Moon Embracing the Sun. Reading this I smiled at Kim Soo Hyun's answer. Was he just being professional and polite or did he find the cute Kim Yoo Jung pretty? [my own thoughts only]

Actor Kim Soo Hyun recently sat down for an interview with TV Chosun‘s ‘Entertainment in TV‘, and was asked to choose between actresses Han Ga In and Kim Yoo Jung.
When put between his two ‘The Moon That Embraces the Sun‘ co-stars, Kim Soo Hyun couldn’t decide on just one so he ended up choosing both. Without hesitation, he stated with a laugh, “I’ll have both. Since I was a king in the drama, don’t you think I can have both?”
On a more serious topic, he went on to discuss why he cried with his senior and junior co-stars after the drama came to an end.
His answers was totally like a King. A greedy one? Well, during that period, a King can have more than one wife.:))
I hope that one day soon, Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Yoo Jung will reunite in a drama [love story] were they are the lead stars. It would be nice to see them again in a more romantic scene because I saw there really exist an amazing chemistry between them.:))

I marked the date and time in my calendar for the pilot episode of Moon Embracing the Sun through GMA 7 Kapuso Network. Today, this afternoon at exactly 6:00 pm the drama started and true to the network's word, there was no commercial in between. The drama aired continuously for the whole of thirty minutes.
I was not disappointed!
I have finished watching it just the other night and still I was excited to see it again dubbed in Filipino. Although there were some cuts, I was still happy because, the important parts were there. Thumbs up for GMA 7 for always choosing the right and beautiful Korean dramas. They have yet to fail me as a k-drama follower. Of course, mostly, I had watched already before they were aired here in the country.
Love the time slot Moon Embracing the Sun got. Everyone will be able to watch and enjoy the drama and definitely, I guarantee, they will be addicted and will always stay tuned everyday @6:00 pm. Got to say, I pity the other programs that are on the same time slot!
Viewers will surely never get enough of Lee Hwon [child-Yeo Jin Goo/King-Kim Soo Hyun] and Heo Yeun Woo later called Wol [ child-Kim Yoo Jung/Ha Ga In]. For fans of Jung Il Woo, the older prince and not favored, they will feel the sadness in his heart.
I hope that GMA 7 will continue to give the Kapuso viewers a high quality K-dramas.
