Super Junior’s Choi Si Won Flaunts Sculpted Body Topless

Choi Si Won shows off his hard-earned abs, walking around in nothing but a white towel and perhaps some jeans.

These pictures are not captured during his time off, but are taken behind-the-scenes for his latest drama “King of Dramas,” which he stars with Kim Myung Min. He plays Kang Hyun Min who’s a top star.

Choi Si Won had a chance to reveal some of his thoughts during his break at the filming site, “This was the first filming so I was really excited and waited a lot to film. Time went by super ast. Just like the saying how if you put on the first buttons correctly on a business shirt, all the others will fit well, the first filming scene went by smoothly. I think it will be a good drama.”

The drama will air through SBS on Mondays/Tuesdays and the first episode will broadcast on November 5, replacing Lee Min Hoand Kim Hee Sun’s drama “Faith.”

Finally, some news about Kim Hyun Joong. It has been a while but on the upside, though few news recently, I think that it's time for him to take even a short rest from all his activities and jet setting here and there. Just to regain strength while filming City Conquest. Can't wait for this drama.

Kim Hyun Joong’s ‘City Conquest’ press conference expected to draw 16,000 fans in Japan

The upcoming drama ‘City Conquest‘ is scheduled to hold a press conference in Japan.

Scheduled for 7PM on October 4th at Japan’s famous venue, Budokan, the large-scale showcase event will host nearly 16,000 Japanese fans along with an estimated 400 reporters from media outlets such asNHK, TBS, and FujiTV.

In particular, television station NHK has assigned a ‘documentary team’ just for the drama, proving that the drama starring Kim Hyun Joong is attracting considerable attention.

The press conference will include appearances by Kim Hyun Joong himself, co-star Jung Yu Mi, and other drama representatives. Special promotional footage will also be revealed during the event.

In addition, the showcase event will also include the 1 year anniversary celebration of Kim Hyun Joong’s fan club.

Meanwhile, the upcoming press conference is prospected to help ‘warm up’ the currently chilly relationship between South Korea and Japan, all the while playing a part in further spreading Hallyu culture.

f(x)’s Sulli and Lee Hyun Woo will give a sweet performance in the thirteenth episode of SBS’s Wednesday-Thursday series To The Beautiful You.

Sulli goes very fast on a broken bike and Lee throws himself in front of Sulli to save her from getting hurt. He grabs the bike and falls down while holding Sulli in his arms and sprains his ankle.

People are wondering if Sulli will change her mind after being rescued by Lee, who doesn’t know if he can take part in a soccer game because of his injured ankle. Sulli takes care of Lee and this makes a love triangle between Sulli, SHINee’s Min Ho, and Lee even more intense.

The scene was taken on September 20 at a college in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province. SHINee members also visited the set to support the actors appearing on the series. Sulli and Lee performed passionately and received hearty cheers from the members.

Sulli and Lee also showed off their great harmony while shooting the scene. The two stars also shot a picture together during the break. In the picture, Sulli is wearing a sad look on her face and Lee is pointing at Sulli and wearing a look of resent on his face saying that she made him get injured.

The production crew said, “Their bubbly energy encourages the entire crew. Sulli, Min Ho, and Lee will form a stronger and sharper love triangle to make the series more enjoyable.”

The thirteenth episode of the series will air on September 26 at 9:55 p.m.

Jang Dong Gun and Hyun Bin’s seven figure salaries revealed

The earnings of top stars Jang Dong Gun and Hyun Bin were recently revealed as a result of the merging of AM Entertainment and SM C&C.

A public statement released just days ago revealed the earnings from endorsements, dramas, and movies of the actors under AM Entertainment. Although letters of the alphabet were used instead of actual names in order to conceal the identities of each actor, it was not hard to figure out that actor ‘A’ was Jang Dong Gun.

It was revealed that actor Jang Dong Won’s appearance fee for his recent drama ‘Gentlemen’s Class‘ was 2 billion KRW (around $1,788,000 USD).

The actor, whose earnings from endorsements amounted to around $2,413,800 USD in 2011, jumped to a whopping $5,837,600 dollars after starring in the drama ‘Gentlemen’s Class’. Meanwhile, his salary is expected to rise even further after his film ‘Dangerous Liaisons‘ is released. His earnings from the film is reported to be 1.3 billion KRW (~ $1,161,284 USD).

Meanwhile, the wages of actor Hyun Bin, whose popularity skyrocketed after his 2010 drama ‘Secret Garden‘, does not fall far behind. For each episode of ‘Secret Garden’, the actor was paid around $27,000 dollars and earned an estimated $178,838 just from additional profit from the drama. After the drama, the actor earned about $2,914,200 total from eight endorsement deals.

Along with the salaries of Jang Dong Gun and Hyun Bin, those of other actors including Kim Ha Neul,Shin Min Ah, and Han Ji Min were also revealed.
