[ChunHye shippers only] Yoon Eun Hye's Interview 130131 - Translated in English + More photos

The following are excerpts from YEH's interview after IMY. Excerpts because these are related to ChunHye  only. :)) She is talking about love, relationships and mentioned PYC as a co actor in IMY.

Reading between the lines..? That's me as a shipper...

So many articles came out,and mostly are almost of the same content with extra or less bits here and there. Here's one I loosely translated, the part where YEH talked about her changed views on love and relationship post-Bogoshipda:

At the recent interview with TvDaily YEH carefully revealed her thought on love relationship. On the question of "have you ever dated a younger guy in real life?" she answered "Never with a younger guy.And I don't have that much romantic experience actually".

She continued "Talking about love relationships,I've never had one that worked well.I don't think love is something you can plan. As I was shooting IMY, I really felt that I am lonely. For example, I found myself wanting to share basic daily life conversations. "I've eaten" "I'm about to sleep now" these kind of simple communications.

Also "I had no idea that in the past I was proceeding along in life in a hectic way. When we were shooting the drama if (Park) YooChun was shooting scenes alone, there would be some resting time and I would feel the loneliness, so instead it is better when I'm busy. I hate the feeling of being lonely when I have the free time. It might be because I'm shooting this kind of drama that I felt this way, but more than that it might be because the feeling of wanting to (fall in) love has come to me," she candidly revealed.

This is different from YEH in the past. "In the past I don't really feel like I want to fall in love and be in a relationship. My way of thinking was "Someday I will be in a romantic relationship. If it's not a good person then I don't REALLY have to do it". But now if there's a good person then I want to quickly date" she said.

When asked about a public romance/relationship, YEH said "I'm quite open about that but if after revealing a relationship and that attacks are received, then I think I would hate that".

T/N Note: This article had more of a magazine article formatting where every first sentence is bolded. I italicized the sentences to set them apart from the rest of the paragraph. The bolded parts are as bolded in the original article:

Article #2

I invited Park YooChun and Yoo SeungHo to go eat together. In the past when my acting partner asked me to go eat together I would think "Why am I being asked to go eat together? Does he want to be misunderstood? But now suddenly I'm acting that way. (laugh) Of course with my personality I cannot be that aggresive/active either but still if we were to work on a project together we need to get friendly so I invited them to go eat together.YooChun-ssi and SeungHo-ssi are both the type that doesn't get friendly too easily so at first the reaction was lukewarm. (laugh) I brought out my courage to approach them, so I did receive a little hurt. (laugh) But then later we got friendlier and both actors are compassionate so we could depend on each other a lot.

I don't look at younger guys as a Man. Yoo SeungHo-ssi was younger than me by 9 years. At first, I was worried. I worried about how I'm going to act out lover-like acting with him. But then we talked a lot, and as we did we got closer. SeungHo-ssi is actually quite adult-like. Therefore I don't feel like there's too big of an age gap between us. I could understand SeungHo's intention of wanting to serve in the Army as quick as he can. He wants to quickly finish his service so that he can perform a brand new acting after that.

I'm not good at playing/fooling around. Relationship? I'd rather not say (laugh). Actually there's not that many chance to meet someone new. I'm not the type who play around well outside the house. Two years ago I was determined to go out and play  so I made the decision to go to a club. But then, there was nothing fun in it. Truthfully no matter how  comfortable my relationship is with a guy, to go out just the two of us,I can't do that. Even if I told myself "who would ever misunderstand?" and go out and eat,my heart is uncomfortable. What if I became a topic of gossip, it became a worry. I hate being misunderstood.

Article #3

Park YooChun - Yoo SeungHo, how does it feel to receive love from these two handsome younger men?

Both are dongsaengs. Even just one year ago, I had never felt that/looked at younger guys as men (laugh). In fact it was to the point/extreme that I thought younger guys will never be able to 'connect' with me through conversations. But then fortunately the both of them are wiser and more matured(adult-like) compared to their years so there was not a problem in communicating. On the other hand, I realized that I am finally at that age where I could match in partnership with younger guys, and so I could open up my heart. I think I could now be more open-minded.

I'm curious about the process of opening up your mind.

To be telling truth, in the past with every gesture that I did, the fact is I was always careful. But now that I'm older, from early on I was more active in approaching so that we could all get more friendlier. Because they are not that active, it seemed like it had to be me that needs to be more pro-active (laugh). Beyond their good looks, I was really happy that the dongsaengs were going along/following really well with me.

Article #4

Through this project Yoon EunHye received love from two younger guys Park YooChun and YooSeungHo at the same time. Since both of the actors are younger than her, her way for approaching them also differed than with her previous acting partners.

"Since I'm the Noona it seemed like I needed to be more open-minded and I need to joke around and be more playful. There was also this feeling of "So what if people misunderstand" (laugh). And I wanted to act comfortably too. But then there were more individual shooting for each other (than scenes where we are together),so there is that regret that we couldn't share more stories."

How was the partnership like with the two actors?

"YooChun played the role of the mood-maker. He has "sense" so even if we didn't purposely take a step aside to plan and match our acting beforehand, our acting would match really well. SeungHo worked really hard to peel away his Child-actor image and the way I look at it there is that manliness about him that can make one's heart thumped. But then as he did not have many experience previously, during emotionally charged scenes he would get shy/embarassed. So it can't be helped that I had to be the one to lead him. YooChun knew how to take care of things well on his own(laugh). SeungHo was really good at acting hysterical scenes that there were even jokes doubting whether that was his original personality; each actor had their own thing that they were really good at."

Article #5

-You had many sobbing scenes on-screen, it looked like it must have been hard for you physically.

But still, the atmosphere on-location was not in a depressed mood. Although there were many sad scenes, the atmosphere was jovial and it was so much fun. In other projects I've worked on previously, the people on location were more delicate in their feelings, but this time around we were shooting while playing and joking around a lot. Therefore even if it was a difficult situation to shoot, or something befell the situation, we were still able to shoot in a bright atmosphere. But the cold weather was really hard and unbearable. It was too cold and I still had to project and express difficult emotions which made it hard, and it was even tougher when SuYeon had to run out without wearing any clothes (laugh).

-How was it shooting the final scenes.

Actually when we were shooting for the final episode (the warehouse scene) I fainted in the middle of shooting and had to be taken to two hospitals. I was out of consciousness. We went to the hospital in YangPyeong(location) but it couldn't be solved so we went to another hospital in Seoul. I think I was put on 4 IV drips. Even in the car I was put on IV drip and I returned to the location, and it was really tough while shooting. I have never fell sick during shooting previously so I felt so apologetic to everyone that I don't know what to do. There was only one day left for shooting,so I was really dismayed/upset that my body was being problematic.

More than myself, I think it was really Park YooChun who suffered more physically. It was to the point that I even told my staffs half-jokingly,half-seriously "I know you guys are suffering too but Unnie is really fine, so in front of YooChun's staffs never ever show a hint that you guys are having a hard time".  It was something that I was thankful and apologetic about.

T/N: When she talked about SuYeon "running out without clothes",she was referring to episode 15 when SY ran out of Harry's house without any overcoat and HJW followed her before their huge confrontation scene by the street.I think I read somewhere that the scene took 4 hours to film in -20 celcius weather. o_O

 Article #6
-You shared a common ground with your acting partner Park YooChun as you both came from Idol beginnings.

As we were shooting I got closer to Park YooChun but we never once get to go eat together. Although we were supposed to go eat chicken..(laugh). As we both originated from a singing background, I think many people surrounding us were worried. As for me, in the past I was always hoping for actors who are acclaimed for their acting as my partner, but realistically the actors that I can be partnered with are actually limited, so I don't know since when it was that I began not minding about who it was that will be my acting partner. Now, I only thought, " I'm really thankful if it's this actor."

"I saw YooChun as a Hoobae about 8,9 years ago I think. Therefore it was a long time since we last met, and it was awkward when we were first saying our greetings. But due to him being nice and forthcoming, and even then he wasn't the type who's too over-familiar, so there was no pressure. Previously  while shooting I was of the style that could not approach others easily, and if I were approached then I would be avoiding them, because I hated being misunderstood, but as I did Coffee Prince I changed a lot on that aspect. Because YooChun and SeungHo are younger than me,it was more comfortable."

"Both of them are not of the over-talkative kind, and does not behave in a way that is over the limit so it was very comfortable to act. In the aspect of acting they are sensible/have sense and have a pure approach to acting and they did it in a fun way.It would have been hard if then acting was done calculatively. And as for YooChun he had so many tough challenges physically, I feel sorry and thankful about that."

What kind of actors were her partners in the drama, Park YooChun and Yoo SeungHo in the eyes of Yoon EunHye? Acting with the so-called "Handsome Actors" along with the joke that curses will follow,Yoon EunHye talked about her partnership with Park YooChun and Yoo SeungHo.

"When I look at Park YooChun, I would think "a person who started working from an early age is definitely different". Of course Yoo SeungHo is one too but Park YooChun is also still a singer and doing both things.  His atmosphere is different. He's considerate about other people and put others before him, and he takes care of others as well. Even at the shooting location, he has a bright image and was the constant mood-maker. And Park YooChun has his own unique "sense" so my partnership with him matched well."

"I don't know if it's because Yoo SeungHo made an effort to peel-off his Child Actor image, but even I could see the exciting manly side of him.Of course while shooting kiss scene or emotional scenes he would be shy so I had no other option but to lead him. Park YooChun would know to do things well on his own even without the director's guidance (smile). But surprisingly Yoo SeungHo was really good at the unthinkable hysterical scenes.I even joked to him," Are you sure that's not your actual personality.

Yoon EunHye partnered with Park YooChun and Yoo SeungHo on-screen and received a staggering amount of envy from female fans. She only had praises for both the man with "sense" Park YooChun, and Yoo SeungHo who made a mark as grown-up actor. " For Yoo SeungHo, during kiss scenes and such, maybe because he has not had enough experience he was a bit shy. It was me who did the leading. Park YooChun did well." said YEH as she drew laughter (from the group).

And this one is YEH talking about KJK...

Yun Eun Hye Talks About Kim Jong Kook on ′Running Man′

Despite never having appeared on the show, Yun Eun Hye is probably the celebrity most often mentioned on SBS′ Running Man.

The sad news is that this is mostly what′s stopping her from actually appearing on the show.

The reason the topic of Yun Eun Hye pops up so often on Running Man is because Yun Eun Hye and Kim Jong Kook were formerly involved in a love line in their X Man days. The coupling was incredibly popular at the time, and remains one of the most mentioned/imitated love lines today - which means Kim Jong Kook, who′s still a regular on the variety circuit, can′t seem to escape mentions of it on the show currently running in X Man′s time slot.

The way Kim Jong Kook flinches whenever he hears Yun Eun Hye′s name is often used as one of the humorous themes of the show.

Yun Eun Hye joked about the topic, "It′s like I′m appearing [in Running Man] every week. I think I′ll have to ask them to pay me."

In a meeting with press on January 31, Yun Eun Hye said with a laugh, "I think it′s time they stopped, but I don′t know when I′ll be able to appear. They′re probably just teasing since we′re so close. I′m watching it happily because they′re people who′ve stayed with me even through my difficult times."

She, however, seemed to want to tread carefully on the issue of whether she′ll actually appear in the show, since the image of her love line with Kim Jong Kook is still too strong.

"I do want to be on the show, but I keep trying to keep my distance because I don′t want them to center the show on that issue," she said.
