Park Shin Hye is cast in a lead role in the new drama series Heirs
According to an announcement by her agency, S.A.L.T. Entertainment, Park Shin Hye has been chosen for the lead role in the new drama series Heirs. The drama will be written by the well-known writer Kim Eun Sook and produced by Kang Shin Hyo.
The actress debuted in Stairway to Heaven and also acted in several other drama series, includingYou’re Beautiful and Heartstrings. Recently she has gained the affection of many young people since her appearance in the movie A Present from the Seventh Room, which attracted more than ten million moviegoers. About being cast in the new series, she said, “I’m so happy to join the cast of a drama written by Kim Eun Sook, with whom I really wanted to work after seeing her previous drama.”
Kim Eun Sook has written a number of popular drama series, including Lovers in Paris, Secret Garden, and Gentleman’s Dignity. Previous series produced by Kang Shin Hyo include The High Rollers andMidas.
Lee Min Ho has also been cast in a lead role in Heirs, which is scheduled to begin airing in the second half of this year on SBS.
