Kim Hyun Joong Starts the Year in Kobe with The UNLIMITED Tour 2013

A hardworking Kim Hyun Joong starts 2013 with a new tour for his latest Japanese album UNLIMITED. When I first read his interview for this album I was once again awed by his answer why the album is called UNLIMITED. It shows the real Hyun Joong, no limit when it comes to music and talent and as a singer. And really, though I haven't had a copy yet of the album, the teasers from YT showed his different aura and the songs are beautiful which fits his image for the UNLIMITED album.

Kim Hyun-joong kicks off 2013 in Kobe

Hallyu star Kim Hyun-joong began the new year in Japan.

Kim left for Kobe on Saturday to kick off the Japan Tour 2013 titled “Unlimited,” according to his agency KeyEast Entertainment.

The first leg of his tour was scheduled to be held at the Kobe World Memorial Hall last night. He will visit nine other Japanese cities during the tour including Saitama, Nagoya and Fukuoka.

KeyEast said the 26-year-old singer arranged many of his hits in a band format and would sing them during the tour.

The songs include some from his second single album in Japan, “Heat,” which was the biggest hit last year among K-pop groups.

The “Heat,” released in July, recorded 202,672 sales in Japan last year and was ranked 31st in the Oricon top 100 yearly single rankings in 2012.

Super Junior finished 35th in the rankings, followed by TVXQ at 40th and 2PM at 52nd.
